During my recent family vacation at Up Congreso, we found a welcoming atmosphere that catered well to families. Our room, while compact, was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed perfect for winding down after our daily adventures in the city. The helpful staff, particularly Sebastian at the reception, provided assistance that made our stay smooth - from currency exchange to local dining recommendations. Though the hotel does not offer breakfast, we enjoyed delightful meals at lovely cafes nearby, notably the charming Monday Coffee and La Opera. The communal kitchen offered a convenient spot to prepare light snacks, which was beneficial for the kids. One of the highlights was the hotel's excellent location; we found it easy to explore local attractions without the hassle of lengthy commutes. The complimentary Wi-Fi allowed us to stay connected while planning our activities.
